Refund Policy

Online Classes

If your lesson is cancelled or severely disrupted due to technical issues, you will receive a full refund for that lesson. Simply contact us with your name, membership details or course receipt number. We will send you an email confirming receipt of your refund request within 48 hours (please check your "junk mail" folder if you do not receive this email). You should receive your refund within 30 days of your request.

If you do request a refund, we would very much appreciate an explanation so that we can continue to improve our products and services.
